The manager was exceptional, taking a hands-on approach and even surprising us with an incredible upgrade. The breakfast spread was tantalizing, featuring fresh and delicious options. The suite with a balcony boasting breathtaking views was mind-blowing. The hotel's dining room and bar were elegantly decorated. The location was perfect, conveniently close to restaurants and coffee shops. The family room with three single beds was super for our family of five. The meals in the restaurant were fantastic. The spacious and comfortable rooms featured beautiful furniture, jaw-dropping fireplaces, and well-stocked, clean bathrooms with towel heaters. The food was delicious and the breakfast views were breathtaking. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay immensely, and we are already planning our next visit.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved our stay at The Highlander. The suite we were upgraded to was stunning and spacious, with a cosy private garden. The daily replenished bath salts were a lovely touch. The peaceful surroundings with fountains, well-kept lawns, and white roses created a serene atmosphere. The attentive staff made us feel welcome, and the excellent dinner was a delight. We also enjoyed the beautiful Highland Gate golf and nearby trout fishing.

The location down a slope from the main building was so peaceful and scenic. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, heating, and a sitting area. We also loved the terrace and dining table where we could enjoy our meals. The hotel had a spa and wellness center with a swimming pool and massage services, which was a perfect way to relax. The garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was a lovely place to unwind. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar/lounge area where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks.
